New Equestrian Museum, Tipperary Stud Farm, Ireland

This project for a new museum was commissioned as a unique celebration of the life of championship sire, Sadlers Wells, whose presence is both literally and figuratively at the centre of the design.

Incorporating the very latest in audio visual interactive museum display, the building provides an historical record of this extraordinary horse’s career and those of his offspring, providing an unrivalled marketing suite for this world beating stud.

The simple contemporary spaces are naturally lit and incorporate subtle screening and controls to maintain a museum quality internal environment. The roof is clad in zinc sheet.
